The hotel stands near the metro line 14 station. It allows easy access to airports! Bercy Village is very close. I found many dining spots nearby. The room and bathroom were impressively clean! The provided WiFi worked well for browsing.

The room was a bit small, I must admit. but it was manageable.

The staff was helpful they accommodated a very early check out for me. I had a large room it included an extra bed for my convenience. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Flixbus station and local public transport. The staff heated up a meal for my child late at night it was very nice.

The walls seemed thin noises from neighboring rooms were audible especially at night.

i found baggage storage very useful. i also arranged a taxi to the airport through the hotel, so convenient!!! the breakfast selection was nice, it started my day right! the staff was amazing and so quick to help with anything i needed.

the centrally controlled air conditioning was a bit too warm for me. it made it hard to sleep comfortably at times. i wish i could have adjusted it myself, maybe a small fan would have helped!!

The location is near the bercy seine bus stop. the métro station cour saint-émilion on line 14 is just a short walk away. supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are very close to the hotel. This made everything easy.

the staff was friendly and understood english well. they allowed late check-in past 11 pm. the reception staff helped with luggage storage in the basement and provided useful directions when i needed them.
